Size and Location

The flat is about 50m² and on the first floor of a single-family house. It is located in a very quiet, sunny area at the edge of Saalfelden.

There are two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. (4 sleeping possibilities) In addition, there is a sofa bed in the kitchen/living room for 1 – 2 people.

Facilities

The flat has 2 bedrooms, a living room area with a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet, a balcony and a sofa bed for 1-2 people.

Additional facilities

The holiday flat has free WIFI as well as a flat tv. Right in front of the house is one parking space, additional parking spaces can be arranged but need to be requested in advance.

The flat will be ready for you at 2pm on your arrival date. On your departure day we kindly ask you to check out by 10am. Other check-out times need to be requested beforehand.

The renowned ski resorts Leogang and Maria Alm are only 10 – 15 min by car.

The holiday flat Kulcsar

The sunny holiday flat is about 50m² in size and consists of 4 rooms. There are two separate bedrooms (one of them with a balcony access), a combined kitchen/living room with a sofa bed as well as a spacious bathroom with a separate toilet. The balcony offers a beautiful view over the mountains and can be accessed via the kitchen/living room as well as one of the bedrooms.

Unlimited ski trails!

Saalfelden is located in the middle of three large Ski areas!
Maria Alm (Hochkönig) and Leogang (Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn) are only about 10 – 15 minutes by car.

You will have a winter holiday full of diversity and a great selection of slopes.

The snow-covered mountains of Salzburg

Apart from being really close to the skiing region of Maria Alm and Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn, you are also not far from other resorts.

The skiing region Schmittenhöhe-Zell am See, as well as the Kitzsteinhorn (Kaprun), are also close by. This gives you even more options and will make your holiday even more special.

The panorama of Salzburg’s mountains

With the Saalfelden-Leogang-Card you will have a free journey up and down the mountain every day. You can either use it to just walk around and enjoy the beautiful mountain panorama or to start your hike on higher ground.

Arrival/Place

The holiday flat is located at Dorfheimerstraße 57e in Saalfelden. Coming from Loferer Bundesstraße (main road), make a turn at Forstinger (car accessory dealer) and keep going past the post office. You will then see a house with a flagpole.
